~ Clan Mother Prayer ~
On this day of thanking God for you, I pray
For His peace to surround you
As you faithfully believe
In all the good that He will do.
May all courage that you need
Be found by resting in His grace,
With a never ending vision
Of compassion on His face.
Each morning as you wake, I pray
You will see beauty in His ways
As He holds you to His heart to heal
Sadness born of yesterdays.
May you always feel protected
Holding to the Shepherd's hand,
As He leads you ever onward
In all He'd have you understand.
So the love that He has purposed
For your future will be seen,
As you look to see beyond
His eternity within.
I pray His special blessing
Of loving friends forever near,
To know the miracle of peace
To take away all fear.
And may you know His Spirit near
Protecting from above,
This is my prayer for you, this day
With everlasting love.
