Kind Gentle Shepherd ~
He's a kind
gentle Shepherd
As He cares for His sheep
He is very intent
To their safety and keep
If one little Lamb
Has a tear in it's eye
He reaches out
And draws it close to His side
The
greenest of pasture's
Is where they are fed
The smoothest of meadows
Is where they are led
The field where no harm
Is ever close by
His sheep spend the night
Under His watchful eye
This kind gentle Shepherd
Is Jesus the Lord
He feeds His Sheep daily
On His holy word
So come
little sheep
And feast at His table
This kind gentle Shepherd
Make's all of us able
To be a partaker
Of His goodness and grace
He's promised one day
We'll see His kind gentle face
