Little stranger in a manger
wrapped in rags upon the hay
Angels proclaimed the birth from on high
A star blazed bright in the sky.
Little child, so meek and mild
Thou art Emmanuel
You have come to save me
and to forgive my sins.
On this Christmas all is well
We will bow our heads and pray
for peace on earth, with goodwill to man,
Little stranger in a manger
you were born on Christmas Day.
