In the misty morning air
As the sun begins to rise
And the sleepy World awakens
Rubbing freshly opened eyes...
I've been up for hours
It's my favorite time of day
The silence is so peaceful
Until "life" gets underway
With the hustle, and the bustle
The struggles, and the fight...
Until it all calms down again
And day turns into night
That's when you will find me
Anxious for the dawn...
And my precious, stolen moments
All before the day's first yawn
