Doll ~
I had
this
beautiful
doll
My
Mother
gave
to me
I
danced
around
my
room
I was
only
three,
Yet I
remember
perfectly.
Back
in the
early
nineteen
fifties
The
first
walking
doll
ever
made
Her
name
was
Susie
Walker,
I
played
with
her
all
day
My
very
own
treasure
in
everyway.
I was
an
only
child,
I was
too
young
to go
about
So I
made
up
stories
And
played
them
out,
I kept
my
little
Susie
until
I was
quite
old
She
lives
in my
memory
My
beautiful
doll
to
always
hold.
