Laughter, and sharing, loads of smiles,
These...are the things that are worthwhile.
You gave from your heart, the best of you,
Nuggets of gold I'll always value.

Marshmallows too,
All of these things,
Remind me of you. |
Teaching by showing mercy and grace,
You taught me how to run the race.
To live, to love, and the golden rule,
Things not always learned at local schools.
Senior moments, you've given to me.
As I spread my wings, you set me free.
Moments… only maturity could bring,
But for now, this song I'll sing….
