IT AIN'T SO BAD!!

Remember when you were 5 years old,
And you couldn't wait to be ten?
And when you turned thirteen,
You thought lipstick was just "the end"!

At sixteen you discovered boys,
And how hormones could make you mad.
You thought that you might die that year,
But then you found out, it wasn't so bad.

Soon high school was behind you.
What was a girl to do?
At 18, you had all it took,
To do anything you wanted to.

Before long you were married,
And had some kids of you own.
Birthdays come and go so fast,
Pretty soon those kids were grown.

And then suddenly without a warning,
It crept up, and what a surprise!
On the first week of this brand new year,
You're turning 50, MAN ALIVE!!
