~ A Grandma's Loving Welcome ~

I want to tell the world today
Of our darling little girl
Who came into our lives
To set our hearts a-whirl

I want to pray a blessing
Upon her darling life
Of God's abundant joy
And never ending light

I want all my loving hugs to go
To her darling Mum and Dad
To let them truly know
Of how we are so glad

I want to send my gratitude
To everyone who prayed
That this sweetest little babe
Would be safely born today

I want to say Thank You
To Our Dear Lord above
Who gave to us this special girl
To bless us with His love
