Inside my heart there is a place
Reserved for only you.
It holds the joy you bring to me
And all the blessings, too.

I just wanted you to know
That it will always be,
A place where I will hold you near
And recall each memory.

Today I said a prayer for you,
And thanked the Lord above,
For sending you to fill my heart,
With so much joy and love.

I hope that you will stay right here,
And we never have to part.
But no matter what the future holds,
You'll still be in my heart.
