~ Let it Snow ~
The snow is falling, just like diamonds
It sparkles in the night,
A beautiful winter blanket
Covers the ground in solid white.
Snow flakes in all shapes and sizes
Slowly fall to the ground,
Unless you are really listening
The snow flakes, hardly make a sound.
Snowmen make an appearance
Even a snow angel or two,
Oh what truly wonderful magic
A cold winter's night, holds for you.
You can sit by the fireplace
Watching the snowflakes fall outside,
Or you can dress up warmly
And get the sled out for a ride.
You can join in a snowball fight
With neighbors across the street,
Or wrap up in a blanket
From your head down to your feet.
Let it snow, yes let it snow
Oh what a beautiful sight,
Let it snow, yes let it snow
On this wonderful winter night.
