~ There's Always Hope ~

Though it seems darkness is upon you
And you feel you cannot cope
Don't sit and wallow in the mire
For there is always Hope

If life seems cold and lonely
An uphill battle all the way
Try speaking to the Father
Get on your knees and pray

When times are tough and painful
And you've come to the end of your rope
Keep your spirits up, be happy
For there always will be Hope

Look into the eyes of the trodden
The poor, the mild, and meek
For in them you'll find comfort
And all around you won't look bleak

So why then do we question,
When our road is slightly rough?
We must with Faith, look to the future
For we will all have times that's tough

Be careful not to welcome in
All negativity, and mope
For God has promised, in the long run
That there always will be Hope.
