~ Anointed One ~
I fell down
upon my knees
And asked the
Lord that I may
see
What was His
will, what was
His way,
What should I
do, what should
I say?
I stayed there
for what seemed
a year,
Waiting silently
so I could hear
My Abba's words,
my Father's
voice.
Then He said,
"Arise my child,
rejoice!
Just keep on
walking 'long My
road,
Listening to the
things I've
told.
Keep on speaking
of My word,
Listening to the
things you've
heard.
Let my love flow
through you
still.
Keep on writing
through MY will.
Keep on
preaching what I
say.
That's My will,
that's My way!
Touching others
with My love.
Leading them to
My throne above.
Telling them of
My only Son.
For you, my
child, are My
anointed one!"
I am whom I am
but for
the
grace and glory
of My Father
God!
