Another night of loneliness Another heartache for the books A wasted day without a kiss Are hidden well behind her looks Tomorrow when the sun comes up She'll start her day just like the rest She'll drink her coffee from her cup And leave to give it all her best She'll tuck her problems deep within And work as if it's all o.k. But when she goes back home again Those clouds will take her sun away The house that she had made a home Is now a prison to her life She tries but she is all alone A set of rings don't make a wife For now she rests without a smile Her eyes are tired from all the rain She dreams of love yet all the while Her heart knows she's asleep in pain
