~ Sunbeam Hello ~

I looked up at the smiling sun
and thought, how very sweet to know
That same, giving warmth
was also curling all about
your sweet and cozy little home

Oh, yes, all wrapped up in softest beams
rays of glowing light
God sends to you, just the same
loveliness as to I, exactly the
goodness I feel here within my life

So..I caught a little gleam by the hand
whispering a little prayer, if you please
take my loving up, then send it down
on another sunbeam
to wave "Hello, to my friend from me"
