My dear friend, I wish to celebrate
Your lovely life today
So I ask you to a Christmas tea
For I have much to say

If you give and give and give
And love to give with all your heart
What are you then, a sweet forever friend
Sent on God's behalf

If you care, then care some more
And share yourself the more
Are you a beautiful soul
To care so much for all

If you pray and intercede in prayer
With a sacrificial heart
Are you of heaven's spirit
One that shall ever last

For that my friend is how you've been
For me all through this year
So I just want to thank you now
For being, so very dear
