has taken wing

shore.
And left
behind we pray
for... just

To touch to
caress with
lip and eyes..
To kiss away
the tears of
sudden,
senseless
goodbyes.

regrets of
time wasted on
foolish
prattle
Life lost it's
heart's
valiant battle

sea of
