Thank You, Vets!

They may serve on
home soil
or foreign lands
afar
leaving friends
and loved ones
as they go off to
war
Even during peace
times
they've got jobs
to do
beliefs of peace
and freedom
they'll fight for
me and you
Korea and the
World Wars
or maybe Vietnam
Persian Gulf with
Sadam
Iraq, Afghanistan
America the
beautiful
stands for liberty
protected by our
Soldiers
to keep this
Nation free
They wear their
colors proudly
are the young and
brave
red , white and
blue of colors
Old Glory forever
waves
Say thank you to
the Veteran's
they answered
duties call
fought for peace
and freedom
