~ Healing The Hurt ~
Tender Lord, oh
hear our plea,
help the hurting souls in need.
Devastation from the storm...
help us seek a brighter morn.
Comfort those whose hearts are hurting,
give us strength to shoulder burdens.
Lord, calm the panic and the fear,
let them feel your Spirit there.
Guide us all through this disaster,
let us remember, YOU are Master.
For the bigger picture He can see,
though not revealed to you or me.
Heal the hurting hearts, oh Lord,
as we pray, in one accord.
