~ I Have Seen The Eyes Of God ~

I have seen the eyes of God
What beauty they are to see
He sent His angels,
To watch over me

I have seen the eyes of God
As His love came over me
I was unable to talk
So I whispered in my heart
The Lord's prayer and I felt Him
Touch my hair and felt a spark

I have seen the eyes of God
I felt His hand in mine
I was so very safe
For I did not know,
If I had much time

He told me He was proud
Of all I try to do
For "God's Art" is so beautiful
when talked about anew

I have seen the eyes of God
And the power He showed me
For I was given the very best of care
By The Master of the world
Who brought me back to here.
