Like the butterfly in the garden
With color so alive and free
The true beauty not forgotten
Together, just you and me

The glistening from the summer
As the dew upon the morning grass
Such as gem stones I uncover
From your eyes like polished glass

The sunshine garden can reveal
Dancing in the morning wind
To a melody only we can feel
As your smile slowly begins

Birds sing their summer songs
Sweet melodies are ringing
Merriment as they dance along
To your voice of love a-singing

Since the day I first met you
Such lovely sights to see
Warm and welcome as soft morning dew
You bring it all for me
