It is the way you look at me
With that twinkle in your eye
It is the way your smile is seen
That makes my heart seem to fly

It's the words of love you share
Even the times I am in the wrong
It's the way you show you care
Making me know that I do belong

The private jokes only we do get
A wink to me I don't really see
Love and friendship never to forget
Making me all that I can truly be

These love notes I write to you
Because you mean so much to me
Without you I do not know what I'd do
To you I give my love so free
