Sea Sculptures

Talented Sand Sculpturists from around the world come to J.P. Luby Park, Padre Island, Texas to compete in the Sea Sculpture contest each year. This is a favorite event of mine. The following photos were taken about an hour after the judging on June 12, 1999. The background was also made from a photo taken there. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon. Obviously, graphic intense, but I believe you will find it well worth the wait. The music I chose to keep you company is "Flying" by David Folsom. Thanks David!
