When you rise in the night
Unable to sleep
The mind swirling on
Incessantly

Reach then to one
Who's comfort is true
Give heartbreak to Him
He'll comfort you through

Whenever He turns
Turn then with Him
The movement complete
For He dwells within

Naught else to know
But trust as the key
Rest in His will
He knows what's to be

You are the shadow
Traced to His heart
In perfect love
Never to part

Covered by grace
Within His command
Made yet eternal
Secure in His hand

He is the One
All things to know
Hide in His love
Where you are at home
