~ The Ransom ~
To become one of us
He left the splendor of His Glory
Of all other's ever written
This indeed, is the greatest story.
His mission here on earth
Was to do His Father's will
Even though it meant
He had to climb up Calvary's hill
Because of love
The ransom for our sin He paid
On that day
All of our sin, God upon Him laid
On that cruel and bloody cross
His life He would so freely give
Now all who love and trust in Him
In Heaven with HIM, will
forever live.
