~ A Special Little Butterfly ~

Today is a special day
I am looking for a friend
I open my window
For something to send

I see my special little butterfly
That brightens my day
I would like to share with someone
And spread happiness on it's way

My little butterfly
Is beautiful when she flies
Like a rainbow in the sky
I give thanks for all the wonder I see
This very special day
God has been kind to me

A butterfly lights beside us, like a sunbeam...
and for a brief moment it's glory
and beauty belong to our world...

we wish it could have stayed,
