~  Take It To The Lord In Prayer  ~

When life's hurdles seem to get you down,
You want to smile but yet you frown.

Problems are thrown at you day after day
And you look to the Lord to find your way.

You seem to get lost no matter where you turn,
As you try to sort out your life
and everything you have learned.

You try to do your best but it isn't enough,
Every hurdle you reach, seems entirely too tough.

So you tap into your resources to see what you can find,
But nothing seems to bring you
 that sought after peace of mind.

Your burdens seem to get heavier
and they are much too hard to bear,
Now it's time to take it to the Lord in prayer.
