~ Thanksgiving ~

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect
on the beauty God has given yet
A time to praise Him for the good we gain
for the sunshine and the rain
Let us thank Him for our friends
and all the jobs He sends

A time to thank Him for the food we grow
Sometimes we grumble yet we know
that without God all would be in vain
He knows how to keep us humble again and again

So on this Thanksgiving Day
while gathered with friends and family
we will smile
As we pray for each other and our country
To know eternal peace and love...
Most of all we will give thanks
to the Lord above
