~ There's A Place ~

There is a place, one that I love so,
Oh, how I wish to go.
On my knees with head bowed low,
It's a place where I can stop and think
Wonderful thoughts of you.
Dear Lord, you are everything to me,
You have set my soul free.
Help me as I go on my way,
Stay beside me night and day.
Be my protector and my guide,
Lead my footsteps to the cross,
So that I may always be loving,
Compassionate and pure of heart.
Lord, this is my humble prayer,
Thank you Lord, for always being there.
