~ Twice His ~

I was born into this world
A baby very small
even at that early age
I was a child of God

God breathed a breath
And that breath you see
Made me a living soul
This is the first birth for me



I grew to accountability
'Reborn,' is God's plan
The birth of the spirit
Required of every man

So now I'm 'born again'
That makes me 'twice' His own
He designed me by His plan
Now I am His alone



And by His own design
He created everyone
But sin stole us away
So God sent His only Son

He paid the price and
bought us back again
Now I am twice His
Reborn and free from sin
