Thanksgiving is upon us all
We do hear, that Turkey call
Dressing, Taters, Pumpkin Pie
We'll eat good, let out a sigh
Cookies, Cakes, and treats galore
Rest a bit, come back for more
Stuff our faces till we bulge
On Thanksgiving Day, we will indulge
Spend time with family, friends, and more
Fill our tummies till they're sore
Eggnog, Candy, oh what fun!
Gorge ourselves till day is done
Give thanks for blessings we've been given
That help our quest, for gracious livin'
Thank God for all things, great, and small
And thank Him for not letting us fall.
