Wondrous Christmas
Night
Happy hearts all gather
round
It is that special time
of year
Everything's intensified
Love is abundantly clear
A white velvet carpet
covers the ground
Each tree holds
glistening snow
With snowflakes falling
perfectly
Everywhere we go
Lights through windows
warmly glow
Capturing scenes we'll
hold in our hearts
To remember at times we
are lonely
And have to be apart
But, for now, it's
perfect
As sleigh bells jingle
by...
All is just as it should
be
This wondrous Christmas
night!
