~ Words We Speak  ~

Words can do many wonderful things
A lot of happiness they can bring
Words spoken in anger take their toll
When we speak while out of control.

Never speak hateful words in haste
Speaking beautiful words are never a waste
Words that we speak can cause sorrow
Joyful words will be remembered tomorrow.

Words that we speak can brighten a day
Softly spoken words can smooth the way
Whispered words can ease distress
Loving words will always heal and bless.

Right words when spoken are a treasure
Bringing love we cannot measure
If we speak words of joy and grace
This world would be a happier place.
