~ CHRISTmas Is OK ~

I will not get offended
If you call it a Christmas Tree
Or if you decide you want to
Get down on your bended knee.

I will not get upset and cry
If you say Merry Christmas to me
I will not say you are different
In my heart this I can not see.

If you give me a Christmas gift
Oh how you will make me smile
I will never be offended by this
I will be as joyful as a small child.

They want to take Christ out
Of all things that used to be
But they can never take Christ
Out of us friend, this is you and me.

Try as they may to do this
It never will turn me away
Because Christ is in my life
And that is where he'll stay.
