~ A Letter To My Friend ~

I write a letter to you today
Because I just have to say
How I miss you so each day
Since you have moved away
My skies have turned to gray

Losing a dear friend like you
A friend so sweet, and true
Is real hard for anyone to do
Today, I feel so really blue
Sitting here thinking of you

Hope you like your new home
But, I'm feeling so very alone
That my heart can only moan
Sending a letter takes so long
I'll just call you on the phone
