~ ANCIENT MARINER ~
I am an ancient mariner
I've sailed the seven seas
I may look somewhat haggard
But I'm happy to be me.
So many wonders I have seen
So much for my eyes to behold
The seas have kept me captive
But sometimes the sea is cold.
Manning the helm and lifting the sails
Sunken treasures I have found
So much beauty I have seen
It's really all around.
Creatures of all sizes
Live in the ocean depths
Some are quite tame you know
While others are a threat.
So much I have learned from the sea
While I've journeyed far and wide
I'm going with the flow you know
Sailing along with the tide.
