~ And So I Dance! ~
Listening to the music
swaying with such ease
as if no-one were watching
moving as I please
My mind is free of worry
dancing round the room
have feelings of contentment
a rose that's in full bloom
At this moment nothing matters
I set aside all strife
drink of the concerto
feeling full of life
Lost within the music
reaching hand up high
to whisk away my troubles
bid them all goodbye
To and fro so slowly
my body starts to sway
peace and calm embrace me
all fear is washed away
Music is my band-aid
it puts me in a trance
when I'm down or troubled
I know it's time to dance
