God sent to me an angel
An angel filled with loving grace,
Whispering His secrets
Sweet smile upon their face.

He knew the one I needed
Of gentle tender heart,
With twinkly thoughtful kindness
To walk my daily path.

To share with me the moments
Of life that ebb and flow,
With encouragement and praises
That only angels know.

God sent a lovely angel
An angel of His grace,
You came, a special blessing
Oh what friendship to embrace.
