~ Arms Open Wide ~

His bleeding feet, His spear thrust side;
His precious arms stretched open wide;
The crown of thorns upon His brow;
He suffered then so we won't now!

The stripes upon His unblemished skin;
For all our iniquities, He suffered then!
The sound of hammer upon nails;
The Love of God that NEVER fails:

To give for us His only Son to die!
He never moaned; He never cried!
And as they lay Him in the tomb in haste,
A heavy stone was rolled in place!

And the soldiers mocked, 'So, He's the One
Who claims to be God's own Son!
From this, let's see if He escapes!'
And then they dozed as He awaits!

For three days, they mocked and laughed,
For three days, BUT, when they had passed!
Lo and behold on the third day,
That massive stone was rolled away!

No stone could hold my Savior still;
No stone could cease His Father's Will!
Not even death nor an entombed prison!
Lo and Behold..our Savior's risen!

~*~*~*~

He who once death had claimed,
Lives once more..HE LIVES AGAIN!
And He's living still to gather all
Who believe in Him and answer His call!

Patiently He is calling to you.
What will you say? What will you do?
He who gave His life that day...
Will you ignore and turn Him away?

He will accept you as you come!
He died for each and every one!
He's waiting there right by your side;
His precious arms stretched opened wide!

18) And Jesus came and spake unto them saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and earth.
19) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost:
20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: And, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world!
Amen.

Romans 10: 9-11 (KJV)
9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10) For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11) For the scripture saith, whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.
