~ A Tale Of Two Kitties ~

A cat came to my house one day
I knew right off it was a stray
It was dirty and tired and hungry too
So I took it in and gave it some food.

It ate and ate to its heart's content
Not leaving a morsel or a fragment
But then it wanted to go outside
It meowed and meowed and then it cried.

So I opened the door and it ran away
Only to show up the very next day
Except it was no longer all alone
It brought its baby to my home.

Now this cat has decided it will stay
Mommie and baby are no longer strays
Two pets we have here in the city
Thought I'd tell you about the Tale of Two Kitties. :-)
