~ Battle Cry ~
My inner walls retreat
to a place they only find
And within those silent halls,
sometimes I lose my mind.
The evil forces run,
demanding my surrender,
But they'll not enter in,
as long as I remember…
I have found a battle cry
to free me where I'm bound
And I have earned this rebel yell
from Life's fertile battleground.
A battle cry of whispered hope
Echoes deep within my soul,
And from the rallied seeds of faith
comes the cry to make me whole…
BELIEVE!
