Don't let the devil hold you down
By swimming in your own tears
For the Father hath not given you
A spirit of grief nor fears

Live beyond your yesterdays

Accept the blessings offered today
Replace sorrow with a song

Love, Peace, and Soundness of mind
Are the gifts from God to you
