~ Be Thou ~
Lord:
As I face this uncertain world alone,
Be Thou my Strength to carry on.
As temptation I must daily face,
Be Thou my soul's Amazing Grace;
As trials and tribulations I walk through
Be Thou my feet as I walk with You.
When I open my mouth to humbly speak,
Be Thou my words, may they be meek!
When I upon Your path may slip,
Be Thou my Hope, be Thou my Grip!
When I may end on shifting sand,
Be Thou the Rock on which I stand.
Be Thou my Healer and my Friend,
Be Thou the Comfort that you send!
Be Thou my Peace in troubled times;
Be Thou my Spirit...be Thou mine!
And when death to me this life brings,
Be Thou the Wind beneath my wings!

31) As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a
buckler to all them that trust him.
32) For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?
