I may not have riches
Beyond my wildest dreams
In fact, I may struggle
Or so, it seems

But today I had food
Hunger I did not feel
Because I was blessed
From God, with a meal

And today I was warm
Cold did not touch my feet
Because I was blessed
From God, and had heat

Today I was hugged
When I was feeling down
And I was blessed again
And God's voice I heard,
what a beautiful sound

I may not have all
I desire for me
But I'm blessed everyday
With love I don't see

God is always there
And brings me through
Even when I feel
There is nothing more I can do

So today if you've eaten
And you've been kept from the cold
Thank God for His blessings
His care is like Gold
