~ Bright Moonlight ~

Bright moonlight peeks out of the sky
Casting shadows as silver clouds float by
The tranquil river reflects its light
As bright moonlight shines in the night.

The wind blows softly through the tall trees
As they sway back in forth in the breeze
Animals roam free in the moonlight glow
And always keeping watch where they go.

The deer move slowly down the hill
Standing on the river bank so still
They are thirsty and need to drink
Soon the moonlight sky will turn pink.

God created the beautiful bright moonlight
For all living things to find peace in the night
God put all things in place from above
And does watch over His creations with love.
