My darling, when I'm feeling low,
You know just what to do.
You send lots of love my way
And help to see me through.

When I feel lost and all alone,
You remind me you are there.
And when my tears just won't stop,
You show how much you care.

You send to me the sunshine
When the day is dark and drear.
And soon I feel much better
Just to know you love me, dear.

I don't know just what I did
To deserve your love so true,
Or how you even found me
From across the ocean blue.

My love, if you should ever go,
It would surely break my heart.
So, my darling, please promise me,
That we will never part.
