Today may disappear far away from view

think of little girls and
grade school friendships.
But there's no better way
to describe what you mean to me,
because you're the only person
I can share my whole self with,
who knows me better
than anyone else ~
probably even better than I do!
Even though we're not little girls
anymore, you know you really are
