~ Child Of The Lord ~

I am a child of the Lord on high
I will praise Him 'til I die

He died for me at Calvary
Paid my sin debt and set me free

Now I am held in His arms of love
On my way to live eternally above

This old sinful world has no appeal
My heart is fixed to do His will

My journey will end at the Pearly gate
He will show me thru, I won't have to wait

I was born again while here on earth
Now heaven is waiting, I have new worth

For I am a child of the Lord on high
I will praise Him 'til I die!
