The sun is
rising in the
east
Causing the moon
to run and hide
The sky is
colored with
brilliant hues
Come look, don't
stay inside.
Watch the sun
come over the
horizon
It's beautiful
color is coming
into view
The nighttime
has taken the
darkness and hid
And the sun is
now shining
through.
Casting it's
golden glow on
the frost
Making it
sparkle like a
thousand stars
Waking the birds
up in the trees
Being thankful
of where you
are.
Watching the
Christmas lights
start to dim
As the sun takes
their glow away
The sparkly
lights no longer
twinkle
It's the
beginning of a
brand new day.
But soon dusk
will make its
appearance
And the
Christmas lights
will shine once
more
The night can
claim its beauty
again
