~ Dear Santa ~

Dear Santa I ask for nothing
For I am so richly blessed
With so many special friends
Who always show me sweet kindness.

They send me lots of happiness
With all their tags and prayers
And they send me so much love
That with others I learned to share.

They send me such pretty words
Some of which, they make me cry
Others of them make me smile
While some make me feel so shy.

I don't need no fancy jewelry
Or expensive clothes to wear
All I ask for on this Christmas Day
Is more friends so my love I can share.

I hope they will enjoy the poems
And the things that I might send
And I hope we have a friendship
That will be strong until the end.
