Today I found such a special loveliness
the most delightful sweet surprise
a little friend slipped right through my gate
to give a honey of a smile

I felt this very tender presence,
soft whispers from above
and knew a gift had come to bless my heart
a special touch of love

You sure do keep me guessing so
with all you are and do
you're more than just a gorgeous friend
I thank God you're my sister too
